Rub Frankincense in your palms before meditation and prayer (activating your heart chakra)
Helps reduce the appearance of skin imperfections (add a drop daily to your face oil or moisturiser)
Apply to the bottoms of feet to promote feelings of relaxation and to balance mood.

Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in a diffuser Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
