These delicious paleo choc hazelnut cups are the perfect guilt-free treat when you’re craving something sweet. Serves: 4 Prep time: 10 minutes Fridge time: 60 minutes
- 1 cup roasted hazelnuts
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp raw honey (or rice malt syrup)
- 1 tsp 100% vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor (we use our Vitamix) and whiz for around 5 minutes on high speed until smooth. You’ll need to scrape the edges as you go.
- Pour the choccy cup mixture into 4 individual ramekins and place in the fridge for an hour or until set.
